In this challenging time with so much uncertainty, there is one thing that remains certain; our commitment to provide the best care for your pets. Our service has always included sanitation and protection, for both the pets with whom we interact and our client’s homes. In light of the pandemic, we are adding procedures for the well being of all.
We are available to conduct visits and provide pet care services, including CONTACTLESS DOG WALKS. Each Comfy Creatures sitter follows protocols and conducts visits in a manner that ensures sanitation and safety. Many sitters have received COVID-19 Certification after passing course assessment.
Comfy sitters will be employing additional safety measures, including:
- Sanitizing hands before entering client home
- Frequent hand washing (prior to handling dog dishes, notebook, etc)
- Wearing protective face mask
- Practicing physical distancing
- Avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth
- Not reporting to work in the event of fever or illness
Additional precautions can include, at client request or as sitter desires: wearing gloves; wearing shoe covers; using a specific leash reserved for the sitter; wiping surfaces touched such as keypads, door knobs, crates (client may provide disinfecting wipes or paper towel and disinfecting spray).
Everyone’s safety is at the forefront. Our guidelines and safety measures may be adjusted in accordance with updated research, information, and CDC guidelines.

You will have a primary sitter, whom you will meet prior to service.
